Vulture does not share any data with anyone at all except when you decide to do so yourself by uploading a flight to services like WeGlide, SkyLines, Soaringlab, or Charron.
Non-identifiable usage analytics are tracked using Mixpanel. The analytics data will only be used in order to improve the user experience. The data will never be shared with other parties. You can opt out of analytics tracking in the app's settings.
Vulture uses Mapbox to display maps. Mapbox may collect anonymized telemetry data to improve their services. You can disable Mapbox telemetry in the app's settings.
Vulture uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase data to validate your subscription status. No personal information beyond what is necessary for subscription management is shared.
You may optionally connect your account to external services such as WeGlide, SkyLines, Soaringlab, or Charron for uploading flights. Credentials for these services are stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device. No data is sent to these services without your explicit action.
Vulture uses Apple iCloud to sync your flights, tasks, waypoints, and airspaces across your devices. Your data is stored securely in your personal iCloud container and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The Open in Vulture Chrome extension injects links into supported websites (Soaring Spot and Charron.line) to open flight data in the Vulture app. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. It only reads the current page URL to construct deep links. No analytics or tracking is included in the extension.
You can opt-in to the monthly or yearly subscription plan that allows you to use Vulture.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
